ESHRA provides students with several food and accommodation services to provide quality of life on campus.
The buildings and infrastructure are managed by ESHRA, the retail, production and student/guest housing are managed by ESHRA and operated by students under the supervision of instructors. The entire purchasing/storage/outlet/inventory process will be managed by ESHRA and operated by students. Internal students will eat on site according to the menus proposed by the student dining committee. External students may also take all meals on site or only lunch. The packages are defined annually at the beginning of each academic year.
The kitchen production, event and catering area includes the following elements
- A meeting area with drinks and snacks
- A gastronomic restaurant
- A theme restaurant open to residents and the public
- A food court (self-service) with 2 cooking options
- A large multi-purpose hall for festive events, banquets, promotional ceremonies, international conferences
The accommodation facilities include the following:
- Reception and lobby
- Rooms for students. Two students in one room
- Rooms for visitors – industry leaders, external professors, experts, parents, authorities – of a high standard
- Laundry facilities for students
- Social and recreational areas for students
