At the heart of the hospitality and restaurant industry in Algeria, the Algerian School of Hospitality and Restaurant Management stands as a beacon of excellence. Since its inception, our school has built a solid reputation based on quality, perfection, and professionalism, values that we continue to embody at every stage of our development.

As the director of ESHRA, I am committed to keeping our school at the forefront of educational excellence, fostering innovation, and supporting our students on the path to success.

Dean’s word:

The educational practice of our school is based on systematic training founded on standards and training objectives approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research within the framework of the LMD for the Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management and Catering. This program is designed for secondary school graduates (with options in science, economics and management, mathematics and technology) and spans three years of study with a thesis at the end of the cycle.

ESHRA also offers other types of partnership-based training, particularly in Specialized Higher Studies, and plans to provide a diploma program at the Master’s level for the following specialties: Hotel Management, Accommodation Management, and Restaurant Management.

Passionate about hospitality for the past 6 years, I have honed my skills through inspiring encounters and the support of mentors. My education at ESHRA has provided me with a solid foundation, which I have put into practice through internships and my first job. I am now seeking to transition into the sales and marketing department in the luxury hospitality sector, aiming to excel during the 2022 World Cup. My mantra: enjoying your work is essential, as W’s motto says: “If you’re not having fun, you’re doing it wrong”.

ESHRA has been a source of learning for me, both academically and professionally, as well as personally. It has helped me grow and become a confident, professional, resourceful individual with a sense of responsibility. I have no regrets about being part of ESHRA, and I have only positive experiences to take away from it. Regardless of the challenges I faced, everything has been valuable. I am continuing my professional journey in Dubai with great future prospects, within the largest hotel chain, Marriott.
